Yes, browsing vehicles is completely free. When you join a group deal, make an offer, or book a vehicle, we charge a booking amount which is adjusted against the vehicle price if your deal is accepted or booking is confirmed. If the deal is not accepted or cancelled, the booking amount is fully refunded to you.
Are all dealers on Ekatra authorized?
Absolutely. We partner only with authorized dealers to ensure you receive genuine vehicles with full warranty and manufacturer support.
Can I cancel my booking?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on the vehicle model and dealer. Typical delivery ranges from 2-8 weeks. You'll see estimated delivery time for each vehicle on its detail page.
What payment methods are accepted?
The booking amount is paid online through our secure payment gateway and we accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. The remaining balance is paid directly to the dealer, who typically accepts bank transfers, cheques, credit/debit cards, UPI, and vehicle financing options.
